Verithia Terms

Verithia provides cryptographic proof and verification tools for documenting property, claims, and evidence. Verithia does not replace legal advice, insurance adjudication, law enforcement investigation, or professional inspection.

Pricing

Verithia's capture, sealing, hidden robust watermarking, and verification features are currently included at no charge. If paid plans are introduced in the future, purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for capturing lawful content, preserving local evidence files when needed, and sharing private verification links only with intended recipients.

Proof Records

Proof records may include capture metadata, location metadata, cryptographic hashes, receipts, and audit events. These proof-only records may be retained to preserve verification integrity.

Limitations

Verithia can help show that an image is associated with a Verithia proof record and whether supplied image bytes match or remain consistent with that proof. Verithia cannot prove every fact about the real-world scene, user intent, or events before/after capture.
